I am 15 and use a CB up in Scotland and really agree with your remarks about power and modes. If people in Europe can use SSB etc why can't we. DX clubs all around the UK use this mode it's a real shame other people, like me can't use it without feeling we're breaking the law!,Richard Brown, Aberdeen Scotland

What the hell has happened to CB in 2000. I agree with you, Flat Tyre. You can't do a thing with 4 whiskeys. Infact it's bloody anoying, waking up on a saturday and hearing DX stations bursting in on all modes. Why can't we??. It really is pi**ing me off!. The only enjoyable thing is listening to the transmissions with an all mode scanner. All I can say is I wish I was an amateur, running 1kW and getting contacts from around the globe, very lucky is all I can say!!!.
