Follows the life of the luckless Bundy's ,downtrodden
Al,housewife Peggy,and their under-achieving kids Kelly and Bud.
The family lived in suburban America,three
bedroomed house,unfinished boat in the basement and the classic American
"Dodge" in the garage.
Then there where the nieghbours Marcy
"the chicken" Rhodes ,Steve her banker husband and later on there was Jefferson
Darcy which made her Marcy Darcy .

The series ran for several years on network
TV in the UK with regular guest appearances by famous faces including Divine
Brown,Gerry Springer and Pamela Anderson.
Married with children was recently re-run
on Sky One and can now be seen on the Paramount Comedy Channel on weeknights
at Nine.
Roseanne.
Roseanne was one of the studio filmed comedy
classics,with clever writing it combined dry american wit,with the all
drama and emotion of a family living together and trying to "get on".
Roseanne Connor the typical housewife,Dan
Connor the man trying to make ends meet ,Becky Connor the blond haired
college student ,Darlene Connor the dry-witted younger sister and DJ Connor
the young son trying to cope with life in this disfunctional family.

The programme finished its first run in
1998 with a very emotional if not strange ending can still be seen regularly
on Channel Four and The Paramount Comedy Channel.
